Sarcellite Fund improved its offer to acquire controlling shares in Bezeq Communications Group (324.5 + 2.11%)

Bezeq, the controlling shareholder of Bezeq, has submitted a “final and final” offer, in which the price per share in the universe rises to NIS 20, compared to the previous offer of NIS 17, and the NISSID mechanism of up to NIS 8 per share. The price currently offered constitutes a premium of 23.3% on the share price on the stock exchange.

Delek announced the completion of the deal for the sale of 30% of the holdings in IDE. The proceeds amount to NIS 350 million and other dividends of NIS 180 million, so that the company received a total of NIS 530 million. After completing the sale the fuel will remain with a 20% holding in the IDE. Delek estimates that the expected profit from the sale of the sold shares is currently estimated at NIS 150 million.
